Eligibility:
Persons must be at least 21 years old and have obtained a valid Illinois FOID Card under Illinois Law 430 ILCS 62?.

The Training:
You will receive training specific to the "Modern Technique" of the defensive handgun. This is a follow on course to Applied Handgun Skills #1
and continues to be fundamentals based while addressing 'fixing' what can go wrong with your pistol. This course will cover the following:
Pure marksmanship at intermediate distances, Body mechanics using basic movement principles, Addressing common handgun malfunctions quickly,
Speed vs. Tactical reloads and Multiple target engagements. This class is step two in our "Building Blocks" series of handgun classes that are designed
to increase your skill level exponentially.
Registration:
The course tuition is $150.00 per person for the eight (8) hour class. The listed price includes all class materials and range fees.
Students must be pre-registered with an enrollment and have FULL payment received to attend this class. Upon receiving your registration, a course rules and administration
form will be emailed to you with additional information. A Certificate of Training will be provided to you upon successful completion of the class.
Equipment:
You will need the following items for this course: 1) A defenstive caliber handgun. 2) 150 rds of target ammunition (minimum). 3) At least 2 usable
magazines for your handgun. 4) A usable holster (OWB or IWB). 5) Eye and ear protection. 6)Note taking material. 7)An open mind.
